Problem
Monzo investors needed to be able to link their account with a Crowdcube account so we needed to present a page that would contain the functionality to do this. The investors also needed access to their portfolio once the account was created.
Solution
- The investors are presented with a landing page to link accounts.
- The investor can access their portfolio and see their Monzo investment
The investor can access their share certificate
User flows were created to help the team visualise start of their journey (email) to the end (landing page). Monzo’s branding was used to make sure the users felt safe knowing they were in a familiar environment.
